PlayOn Vouchers

If you have a current PlayOn Voucher for your child, please email your name, phone number, and your child’s PlayOn Voucher to mtisahockeyassoc@gmail.com for your registration to be finalised. (If you paid the $80 fee for 2026 but would now like to redeem a PlayOn Voucher, send an email requesting a refund. Please attach the voucher.)

Please note that PlayOn Vouchers can only be redeemed with one sports provider- even if the fees are below $200 you are not able to use the remainder with another provider.

  Pin Payment Processing fees will be passed onto members when they register or renew.  These fees are separate to MIHA and are sent directly to Revolutionise Database.  Fees will be added at the checkout.
